Financial Guaranty|Bondholder Insurance Policy is a format designed for financial insurance, credit support, surety, demand guarantees and similar financial insurance purposes. This form is used by Investors Financial Guaranty Type IAC™ Insurers.
Guaranteed Investment Agreement Policy is a type of contract generally written by life assurance companies, which places the Policy under the enhanced security features of the IGF Act. The contract is issued by Investors Guaranty Assurance Type IAC™ Insurers as a senior secured obligations in a flexible format designed to accommodate term, currency, interest payment and principal repayment flexibility, similar to a debt obligations
